Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective martial arts for self-defence, fitness and personal growth.

At Colt BJJ Academy you’ll find a friendly, motivating place where anyone can start, whatever their level. BJJ relies on technique, leverage and strategy — not brute strength or size — so it works just as well for kids as for adults.

Dan

Dan trained in London at the renowned Maven Academy under Dan Geoghegan. His teaching blends modern technique with a structured approach, adapted to every level.

He’s also a father of three and coaches his own kids — with the same patience he brings to every student at the academy.

Individual progress and community always go hand in hand.

A class for
every age.

From age 4 to adults: every group trains in a way that suits its age and level. Beginners are welcome any time.
